Jiewei JWS-series single-shaft shredder is a popular size reduction machine which reduces the bulky material into small homogeneous material . Key features: ● V rotor blade design: The rotor blades are made of specially heat-treated DC53 steel; The rotor blade can be rotated at four-edges and used multiple times before replacement; The gap between the rotor blade and the fixed blade is adjustable; ● The automatic pushing system : equipped with an adjustable brass guide rail; integrated front guide plate ; advanced sealing design to ensure the long-term stable performance of internal components. ● High-strength and high-quality bearings : independently installed on the outside of the box to prevent the materials in the crushing box from entering the bearing; The overall processing of the bearing seat ensures the long service life of the bearing. ● Built-in oil/air cooling device - maintain the oil temperature of the hydraulic system to increase the durability and stability in long-time operation; ● The screen structure :The screen can be quickly replaced, and the aperture of the mesh can be selected to control the size of the output material; ● PLC Automatic control system : easy operation with touch screen .- automatic reverse for overload protection , and automatically stops the equipment when there is a shortage of materials.
