Hammer Mill

Introduction

Jiewei PSJ series hammer mill is mainly designed for processing the scrap metals like : steel scraps, car body shells, radiators,aluminium profiles,aluminium casting scraps etc.

It works on the principle of impact between rapidly moving hammers mounted to a rotor shaft . The hammers swing freely around the rotor shaft to crush material fed into the cutting chamber and effectively crushes the material into small uniform size fragments,while liberate different materials and prepare for sorting.

PSJ series hammer mill is often placed after the shredder in various production lines as a secondary crusher and can be integrated with conveyor and sorting equipment to efficiently separate iron,steel,aluminium and other non-metallic fractions.
